Magtungo ka sa PTCFOR secretariat, Camp Crame, dalhin ang lahat ng requirements.
note: wala pong online application sa ngayon, only in Camp Crame ang application ng PTCFOR

Threat Assessment EXEMPTION

The following professional are considered to be in imminent danger due to the nature of their profession, occupation or  business and hence are not required to submit Threat Assessment certificate:
  • Member of the Philippine Bar
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Accredited Media Practitioner
  • Cashier, Bank Tellers
  • Priests, Ministers, Rabbi, Imams
  • Physicians, Dentist and Nurses
  • Engineers
  • Businessman
  • Active and Retired LEAs
  • Incumbent elected officials and former elected officials from Municipal Mayor and UP

GUIDELINES ON THE CARRYING OF FIREARMS SHALL BE OBSERVED
  • This PTCFOR is granted as mere privilege and may be revoke by C. PNP anytime
  • This PTCFOR is NON-Transferable
  • The FIREARMS must not be displayed or exposed to public view and should be encased
  • The FIREARMS shall not be brought inside places of worship, public drinking, amusement places
  • The valid LTOPF/MR/MRE must be carried with this PTCFOR
  • Expired, Revoked, Cancelled or Nullified LTOPF will automatically invalidate this PTCFOR
Any Violation the above condition/restriction will nullify or invalidate this permit and subject to confiscation.
